\- Pets are not allowed in the pool, on the pool deck, or in the courtyard area (any area behind the townhomes).   
\- There is a designated grass pet exercise area on the north side of the units, marked by a sign. Owners must clean up after their pets.   
\- Animals cannot be left unattended on balconies, porches, or outside alone.   
\- No feeding or water containers are permitted outside of units.   
Please notify us in advance if you're bringing pets. Failure to do so will result in charges taken out of your security deposit.

Its a Short walk to the beach, super quiet did not hear neighbors. The two porches/decks were relaxing. The town home was Fully stocked. Large tvs in every room. We Will definitely be back soon!

Our family enjoyed this home away from home! The pool right in front of our unit was a huge hit with the kids. And the beach was a less than 10 minute walk away. We appreciated having the beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and toys. The house was clean. The host was very friendly and quickly responsive. Thank you for hosting us!
