Have a look at this one bedroom, one bathroom beach front condo at Beach House, condo 304B, in Miramar Beach. As you enter the condo you will first come to the Kitchen, complete with full size appliances, silverware, and dishware needed to prepare a meal. Adjacent to the Kitchen is the Dining Area and a table set for four guests. Next is the Living Area, home to plenty of comfortable seating, a HDTV, access to the balcony, and a couch that doubles as a Sofa Sleeper to accommodate guests. The Bedroom has a large King bed and a HDTV. The Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The Balcony is where this property truly shines as it offers an unobstructed view of the crystal white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a beach front pool, a “kiddie” pool, on site grills, an on-site gym, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a one-minute walk to the neighboring seafood restaurant “The Surf Hut”.

Beach House is a 6-story condominium complex located directly on Miramar Beach. With 650 feet of private beachfront, it's an ideal getaway for families or couples. The large pool is seasonally heated, and a kiddie pool will delight the toddlers in your group. Older kids might enjoy the lighted tennis courts and fitness center. Adults will enjoy relaxing in the Gulf Front gazebo with picnic tables and beach service. The active members of your group might enjoy a trek along the bike path. Great Vacation Spot!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Loved the private beach with the beach service for chairs and umbrellas. Pool was clean and had plenty of seating. The bed in the condo was comfortable. The furniture in the living room like the couch could use a little update but other than that no complaints! Overall, it was a good place to stay for the week!

The staff was super nice and that’s top tier on the beginning of my rating system. The condo was nice, everything was prepared for us. I was really impressed all the way around. I have stayed many places on Old 98 and so far this stay checked all the boxes.
