If you’re looking for an escape that will give you access to a plethora of fun activities, Observation Point North unit 364 is the destination for your next vacation.

Cozy atmosphere meets elegant and modern design; noticeable from the moment you walk in the door. You are immediately greeted by the kitchen, with wooden cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. You will also notice the breakfast bar available stemming from the kitchen countertop. Stepping further into the unit, you’ll find the beachy dining area, with a beach themed centerpiece, beach paintings on the wall and an overall beach color palette throughout the unit. The living room has amazingly comfortable furniture situated around a flat screen television.

The bedrooms also maintain a beachy feel, with bright coastal hues, decorations and furniture. Both bedrooms also have flat screen televisions for entertainment purposes and have new furnishings as well. The bathrooms match the color and design of their accompanying bedrooms.

Lastly, take a moment to walk out onto the porch and take in the view of the complex, and note that the table out on the porch is ready for a meal with your group or a great location to enjoy your morning coffee!

Super cute and cozy cottage!

We loved everything about our stay here. The cottage was better in person than on the listing. The beds are comfy, it has all the amenities you need, and a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower is the best too. We loved that option. Well worth the money!

Everything All at Once

If this review is for the Academy rating, definitely this place wins an Oscar award. We had a blast with our stay here. It was a perfect get away for our family of 6 for springbreak. The place is secured, clean, great food and restaurant, full of activities and entertainments, but not all that, even shopping. I will recommend this place to my friends 100% for those who the best experience in Marimar Beach area for vacation.

Baytowne during the 4th

Baytowne and the surrounding community is very clean and safe. There's a lot going on so try to keep up. We loved our condo and it had a great view of the center of Baytowne.

Great location

The location overlooking Baytowne Wharf was fantastic. We were in the heart of the area and the pool was literally down the hall and right outside. The only thing that was of any distance is the beach but you could drive there easily. Everything else is so convenient at this location. Our friends who also stayed in Baytowne Wharf envied our corner location overlooking the entertainment area.

Cute Condo

Cute condo that is in a great location. We were in the midst of the action attending the Gumbo Festival. We loved hearing the music and people watching from the balcony. The condo was a good option for our family of 3. We tend to cook a few meals when traveling. Kitchen is appointed for basic use (i.e., no measuring spoons or we couldn't find them) otherwise everything you need is there. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We 1st couldn't get in to our 1st Condo that we reserved and paid for and took a while to get someone to help. Find out they were doing construction work and they and painting. They moved us to another condo with more problems and same thing going on with a lot of noise. Then they moved us again with more problems and things not working.
