BEACH FRONT-Gorgeous 2 BR Condo with Fabulous View

  • This beautiful, beachfront condo is located at the spectacular Tops'l Resort. Completely remodeled, this condo is located on the fourth floor of Beach Manor. This condo offers a GORGEOUS, panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious, pristine condo has a full kitchen. The laundry closet has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king-size bed in the master and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in living area. Both bedrooms have televisions. There is also a television in the living area. This condo has two full baths. Master bathroom has shower and two sinks. Guest bathroom has shower/bathtub and sink.

    The balcony provides an incredible beach view. From the balcony, you can see the beach, the boardwalk, Beach Manor pool and the Tops'l Resort pool. You can walk out of the building to the pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room, and, of course, the beautiful beach! There is covered parking for our guests in the Beach Manor parking garage. Beach umbrella/chairs setups are available for rent (seasonally) on the boardwalk leading down to the beach.

    You are only minutes away from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard, which are great for entertainment, shopping and dining.

    NON- SMOKING - NO PETS - MINIMUM AGE OF 25 TO RENT.
