Enter condo B105 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo sits on the ground floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, tennis courts, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered walk out patio, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the walk out patio! This condo can conveniently accommodate a couple, or small family of 4\. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2\. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo. It has everything wrapped up in a picture perfect condo, view, and convenience. There’s no down side to this condo. The reservation and welcome packet were thoroughly explained and we had no problems. We did notice that the kitchen sink was slow to drain water so to be on the safe side, we had maintenance check it. Since it was no problem for us, he left it as it was. He advised us that if we had any problems, he’d come back and further investigate. We did not experience any issues whatsoever. We love the color changing plastic cups that were in our welcome gift, along with everything else (especially the insulated bag!). This is the second time we have stayed at one of Jan's properties and it just keeps getting better. We would have stayed here the summer of 2015 but there were no properties available at that time. 105B has now become our favorite. Plenty of room to spread out and the furnishings were modern yet comfortable. The property was so clean and we had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside every morning and drinking coffee. The view and the sound of the waves were the exact reason we were here. Having the parking lot is a BIG BIG plus instead of pulling in and out of those single drive ways. The location was within a short distance to the outlet mall, the grocery store and restaurants. We loved the welcome bucket that Jan left for us. The beach house property was perfect for our family! The view from our room was beautiful and the beach was a quick elevator ride away! The room itself was not fancy but had everything you need! The location is perfect, especially for a family with small children, easy access to beach (steps away) and pool. The condo is large and was very clean. There is a souvenir shop across the street and a restaurant one condo over, walking distance. Daily beach service is so convenient! But you may want to bring your own chairs, since beach service takes up the chairs at 5\. This is the perfect spot! We were able to watch the Dolphins swimming from our patio every morning. Jan was very helpful and quick to respond. She left a sweet welcome gift (sand bucket, popcorn, salt water taffy) our kids loved it! We can not wait to return. ##### jade c. Jan's condo was one of the cleanest my wife and I have ever stayed in. Just steps from the beach and we really enjoyed staying on the first floor. Convenient to all shopping and restaurants, but quiet on the surrounding areas. The Welcome Basket (or bucket in this case) was a nice touch as well. Very nice condo; exactly as described! Loved being able to easily go to & from beach. Enjoyed having beach chairs & umbrella set up & reserved for us each day. Very clean and nicely decorated.
