"High Jinx" A unique 2 Story Penthouse with 2 stories of breathtaking gulf views as well as a private balcony off the primary room with golf course and bay views!

This gorgeous condo features 2 Balconies; one with a breathtaking gulf view and the other with gorgeous views of the bay and golf course.

High Jinx is a newly remodeled Two Bedroom and Two Bath Condo that is fully equipped for all your vacation needs. Imagine laying in bed and waking up to the sun rising over emerald green and sapphire blue waters. Sipping your morning coffee while taking in the serene paradise that surrounds you. Enjoy a night under the stars on the large private balcony just off the primary bedroom. This balcony features views of the luscious green golf course and the Choctawhatchee bay.

On the first floor of the unit you have the secondary bedroom with a twin over queen sized bunk bed, smart tv and a full sized bathroom with a bathtub and a stacked washer and dryer unit. The open floor plan throughout the kitchen and living room is great for entertaining the family. The living room sofa is a sleeper sofa. The kitchen features ALL brand new appliances!

Up the spiral staircase and into the primary bedroom you have a king sized bed, smart tv and the primary bathroom features a spacious shower. Just off the primary bedroom features a large private balcony with views of the Seascape golf course and the Choctawhatchee bay.

This condo is located on Seascape, a luxurious resort with more than 300 acres of lush greens, serene lakes, golf course, private pools and 2,000 feet of white sand beaches. This condo is located in the Ariel Dunes 1 building on the 24th floor!

Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, Family Activities and more are all within walking distance or a short drive!!

Awesome place

This place was amazing. Top floor of the condo building. The views both front and back were great. Waking up and going to sleep with the ocean right out the window. The hostess was very responsive. Check in was very smooth and check out was easy. Would recommend and would stay there again. My kids loved sitting on the balcony and watch the waves.

We spent 3 days on Mothers Day weekend 2024 to attend an event at the music venue thats within walking distance from this top floor unit! Main bedroom with full bath and loft full bedroom with balcony and full bath were spacious. Beds were very comfortable with soft linens. Plush towels were in both bathroomms along with some sample bath products. New looking kitchen was well stocked and Clean. We got best views ever from 2 different balconys! Its an easy check in and assistance is there if needed. The unit featured a high ceiling living room that was comfy and opened to the patio for beautiful mornings and cool nights! Excess to pools and a pub on the ground floor makes for a relaxing atmosphere for your days in the sun, grab a meal or catch a late night drink. Your golf carts are welcome and charging stations are on property. Resturants, beach access, bars and grocery stores are all close by. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent this very unit again! Thanks so much!

Miramar Beach

Our stay was very enjoyable. The location to the beach is great. The pools and grounds were super. Overall our condo was good. When we arrived we were allowed (with a fee) to check in early and that was great. The cleanliness of the condo was good but not great. We had one balcony chair that had a broken leg but otherwise no problems at all. This condo gives a great view of the ocean.

Everything was nice, the roof top patio would have been better if it looked over the ocean as well. We stayed in Areal II last year and we had both views. The area going to the roof top balcony is dimly lit and with out a note saying watch step. I tripped over the stoop entering through the door. Thanks for having us

We call this our ‘second home’ and love it. Will most definitely come back...again. Bar/restaurant downstairs was awesome and they treated us like we were locals. Management company was so great and trusted them to take care of any needs.

Great location, but…

This condo was at a great location. The description of the listing was accurate with a beautiful view. I had two issues with the condo: 1. The spiral staircase inside the condo shakes when you go up or down the stairs. 2. The instructions for check out state “ Please clean dishes and put them back where they were found.” The first 3 plates I grabbed had either crusted food or were still wet from the cabinet. I then found another one on the last day that just had crumbs on it. I had to clean my dishes and the previous guests’ dishes as well. I’m guessing this host did not check after the cleaning the require from their guests. Other than those two items above, beautiful listing and location.

We stayed for 5 days at the property. I will start with the “cons” because they are minimal and not really cons. CONS: 1. We could not get the COX tv to work in the downstairs bedroom again this wasn’t really a con because the kids had laptops and iPads to watch things on because Wi-Fi was provided. 2. You have to leave the wristband and parking pass so just make sure you take care of them my son broke one and I wasn’t aware I would be charged until I got the checkout instructions so just be aware of that. PROS 1. The host was extremely accommodating and super fast at responding. 2. The condo was exactly as pictured and clean. Pretty much everything you need was provided. You we didn’t use any dishes or dishwasher but all of that was provided as well. 3. I loved that there was onsite security. 4. The condo was walking distance to the beach but there is a parking lot for Seascape residents we used both. 5. It is close to pretty much everything in Miramar. 6. Wi-Fi was provided. Overall this was a great place to stay would definitely stay again.
