No Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Villas per HOA rules  
  
Pets 50lbs and under are allowed as guests at Aqua Reina. There is a fee of $150 per stay for the 1st pet and an additional $75 fee for a second pet. Maximum of two pets are allowed. Payment for the 2nd pet may need to be collected after your reservation is made.  
  
The pool is available to heat November through April for an additional $25/day. Just let us know and we can collect payment after booking. Keep in mind we have a heat pump and this works best when temperatures are above 50 degrees. It will not turn on if temps are below 50.  
  
Aqua Reina is equipped with a 6 passenger golf cart to be used during your stay. A signed golf cart waiver is required to have access to the golf cart.

This place was perfect for our trip. The pool and outdoor space were a huge hit and we loved having the golf cart for quick rides to the beach and nearby spots. The house had tons of space to spread out and everything felt well thought out and easy to use. The neighborhood was quiet but still super close to everything. Overall it was an easy comfortable stay and we would absolutely book again.

What a great vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house is super close to restaurants and the beach! The golf cart makes getting around convenient (and is just fun to ride in). We loved the outdoor space - the heated pool was great and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio both day and night. The house is really nice and well-appointed (even has a cute coffee station). We had everything we needed for our stay! And Connor was a great host - very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will most definitely be back!
