Alerio is the newest condominium in Miramar Beach, the complex is located directly across the street from the sandy white beach. With on-site amenities that include gated entry, a sparkling blue swimming pool and hot tub, a grill area, the entire family will enjoy a memorable beach vacation! Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street. The area's best boutique and outlet shopping is just around the corner along with a wide variety of restaurants and eateries. Boating, fishing, water parks, golfing, night life and entertainment are all nearby. This trendy vacation condo is designed in warm coastal style with an open floor plan and hardwood floors. The fully stocked kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is barstool seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, a 60” flat panel HDTV and Blu-ray DVD player. Our guests will enjoy the sun and outdoor breeze on the private balcony with two chairs and a small table. The luxurious Master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed topped with a memory foam mattress, an oversized closet, and a flat-panel HDTV. The en suite Master Bath features a large tiled shower. The guest bedroom is delightfully furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a flat panel HDTV, colorful artwork, and an adjoining guest bath with a shower/bathtub combination. For your convenience, the owner has added a crockpot, both types of coffee makers, a pack and play, and beach toys! \*\*\*There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach. The condo was nice and served it’s purpose for our family for the week. The balcony view isn’t the best but still nice to sit out and get fresh air. The condo is gated and you have to have a code so it feels more secure as well. It was so loud we couldn’t even sleep in the king bed we had to sleep in the bunks so then a few days later the air conditioning broke again and they couldn’t fix it in our stay so we had to leave and go rent someplace else. They gave me a little bit of a refund, but not the entire stay, I would not stay in these places again because the AC units are inside the unit which makes it very loud. ##### NANCY T. We grilled out multiple times and stayed on the beach till sunset everyday. This property is a gated community with someone always at the entrance checking on everyone coming into the complex. Download and follow the app. It was very easy. Unit very clean. Perfect size for family of 4\. One small hiccup with a leaky faucet but followed instructions on app and it was quickly fixed. The property was so convenient to restaurants and grocery. The beach was a 5 minute walk to the condo. The balcony wasn't the best of views, but we were not on vacation to sit in the house. The only downside to the whole condo experience was the unit above us sounded like they were moving furniture all day and it started about 6 am. They had small children that were running in the house all day. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room itself was very nice and still smelled like new construction. It's a very short walk to the beach which is nice because I set up on the beach early and walk back to get my family and bring them back. That's where the positives end.When we arrive there was a vehicle in our one parking spot that turned out to be an owner of another unit he wouldn't answer the door so had to park in overflow which is a small patch of gravel in the back. The water smelled like rotten eggs the the first couple showers that we took left us disgusted. Beach blue came out and addressed the smelly water issues I have stayed through them a couple times before yet not at this location. Beach blue are very good at taking care of issues that arrive so this review is a reflection of the Alerio not Beach Blue. You can hear every step the people above you make and we were lucky enough that the people above didn't start there day until we went to bed. From the amount of noise coming from above us they must have been a high school wrestling team and roller derby practice arena no joke not only extremely loud but TV would shake as well as anything hanging on the walls. The pool was also an after thought here very small ,never very many people at it assuming most people were avoiding it , took my boys to swim once and was almost drowned by some unsupervised kids playing on a huge inflatable that had no business in a pool that size . Needless to say it was a one and done for us and the Alerio. Sorry for the negative review but the whole point is to save others from wasting there time and money and coming home from vacation exhausted and aggravated.
