The living room features a new 65" smart flat screen TV, a brand new sofa with queen size sleeper and egg chair with walk out to the private patio. The open concept dining / kitchen area has table seating for 4 and bar area with seating for 3\. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware for all of your dining needs. It also offers a Keurig Duo coffee maker, a dual slice toaster and blender. The master king suite offers a wall mounted flat screen TV and access to the patio. The brand new private bathroom has been fully remodeled with a floor to ceiling tile step in shower, new water efficient toilet, specialty vanity and new flooring. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom is conveniently right around the corner and has been fully remodeled with a new bathtub, custom tile bathtub surround, new water efficient toilet and specialty vanity. Each bathroom has bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, a cosmetic cloth and a hair dryer for your convenience. Located off Scenic Highway 98, "Coastal Castaway" is right in the center of the original beach cruising spot in South Walton, Miramar Beach and the Destin area. This road offers a side paved path is perfect for biking, jogging or a wonderful beachside stroll. The path runs right across from the gulf offering expansive views of the coastline. It's also a local favorite for sunsets walks. You'll be a block from world-famous Pompano Joe's Restaurant, where you can get the freshest fish and a tropical drink right on the beach. Quiet, everything as listed in photos. Wish there were a few more washcloths and the pool was cold and was supposed to be heated during spring break. The beach service is a great, nothing better than having 2 dedicated chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily. They also had 4 backpack chairs that we could take and set up ourselves for our friends and kids. The beach guy said we could also rent extra sets. The bonus of using a new tile shower and a new bathtub was wonderful. We have stayed at other Ciboney condos in the past and the old bathtubs are scary. I will only stay at this condo on our future trips. You are closed to everything and easy beach access. The only down side I had was we was gave the wrong beach code and I messaged the number provided at 9 am and didn’t get a response back till after 12\. The unit is clean and comfortable, and we appreciate the tiled floors as they are easier to keep clean (vacuum is provided). The unit is quiet - we didn't even hear the neighbors above or next to us. The kitchen is well-stocked for all of your meal preparation needs. The full-size washer and dryer in a separate room was great. Once the update to the property is complete, it will look like a brand-new place. The beach is only a few steps away across the street to the private beach and the pool is close to the building too. Unit is located close to local restaurants (our favorite is Kenny D's), shirt, coffee and wine shops - all within walking distance. Communication with Beach Luxury Vacations was great - we were contacted before and during our stay about information that we needed. Needs a coffee table in the living room though. The unit is all the way on the pool end, so it almost doubles the walk to the beach. Not a big deal. As of the time of this review, this unit does not offer complimentary beach service (reservered umbrella and chairs on the beach). They offer chairs and an umbrella that can be transported to the beach by you. I overlooked this when booking because I thought all Ciboney condos offered this service. Will pay closer attention next time. Beach service is $60 a day. My wife and I aren't schlepping chairs and an umbrella to the beach every day. Property Management is very responsive. Also the thermostat in the condo was locked at 68 degrees, which is freezing to us. They could have saved money if they would allow us to adjust it ourselves. If you can live with the things I described, its a really nice condo. ##### Bob R. This condo was spotless, organized, and well decorated. The brand new bathrooms were amazing. I have stayed at other non-remodeled units in Ciboney, what a HUGE difference! The included beach chair set up was wonderful. We told the attendant our dates and they had it set up for us daily, we were even able to rent an extra set for our kids. We would walk to Pomanoes Restaurant for lunch, snack and drinks. The management company was great to work with and very helpful. Our trip was relaxing and amazing.
