Enter condo A403 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the 4th floor and it is located on the east end of the property near the tennis courts. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony! This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 6\. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at The Beach House Condominiums! The unit itself has all of the amenities of home, plenty of pots and dishes. The view from the balcony was my favorite part! The full glass balcony window allowed me to sit in the recliner and look out onto the water. The beds were all super comfortable! Definitely recommending this unit to friends and family. It is right on the beach, but within walking distance of a grocery store, souvenir shop, and restaurant (Surf Hut.). The condo could use a few updates like a new couch, and the balcony sliding door lock no longer was functional, but the condo was clean. The beds were too firm for our preference, but everything worked well as far as appliances, washer, dryer, tvs, etc. The management/owner left us the sweetest welcome gift, which consisted of a collapsible cooler, sandbucket, some popcorn, and sunscreen! This condo had plenty of towels and wash rags, which was so handy! It is nice that the parking is easy and there is a security officer guarding the entrance. We were a little disappointed to find out that They no longer have a game room, but they still had shuffleboard, and the pool was very nice. The grilling area was also sufficient and conveniently located. We will definitely be coming back to this location. Carpets were very dirty and stained. There were crumbs all over the kitchen cabinets when we checked in and the bedrooms had enough dust on the furniture you could write your name in it, which we did. We really enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was included in the condo and it was perfect for our family of 4\. Loved being right on the beach and having chairs and an umbrella ready for us every morning!
