Enter condo A203 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 2nd floor and is located on the east end of the property near the tennis courts. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony! This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8\. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2\. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo. Jan is very helpful and accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The condo has a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Very well decorated and everything you need is provided. It was our first time staying at this property, and we loved it! Great views from the balcony and not many stairs to climb since it’s on the 2nd floor. We have typically stayed in townhomes in the past due to the beach access being so easy. With this being a 2nd floor unit access was just as easy and there was a shared pool to take advantage of that we haven’t had in the past. When I think of a great vacation, and a great rental I am looking for a no drama experience that meets the expectations set. The owners, managers, and cleaning crew are obviously focused on taking care of their clients. We checked in on time, and the condo was well apportioned. Since this stay was in the middle of the pandemic, we carried out meals from several the local restaurants and ate on the high top on the deck. The beach was beautiful, and the pool was clean. We have been coming to beach house condos in miramir beach for several years and have stayed in different condos there, but this condo was by far the best. It was very well stocked with everything we needed and decorated beautifully! Our grandchildren were so excited about the bunk beds, we thought they would be on the sofa sleeper! It was a wonderful vacation and we can't wait to reserve this condo for next year.Jan, thank you for going above and beyond ( even leaving us a welcome sand bucket with goodies for the week)I would recommend this condo to everyone! ##### Gina S.
