It is conveniently located in Emerald Waters Village, which features the added security of entry and exit gates, and video surveillance. Renters will be provided access codes for all security features as well as access to the larger community swimming facility. Additionally, this home features a private swimming pool, with tanning deck, outdoor shower, and pool deck for relaxing/entertaining. Located 1 minute from “private deeded beach access”, this property features 3 king master suites (1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors), and two bunk rooms (2nd floor), which conveniently sleeps 20! The open concept main level is perfect for vacationing families who want to spend time together! The main level features a custom kitchen with prep island, separate breakfast and dining areas, and a comfortable living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a 60" Smart HDTV. The open living space is located steps from the side porch and pool deck, which offers easy access to the pool. There is a spacious king bedroom with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet on the main floor that is perfect for senior family members. For your convenience, the main level offers a full laundry room with new Speed Queen washer/dryer, extra fridge and freezer and a mud room thoughtfully designed for sandy beach clothes and shoes. The second level features an extra spacious Master King Suite with a sitting area which includes a sleeper sofa, generous closet space and a separate bunk room with 2 twin beds. The private master balcony offers peek views of the beach. To complete the master suite is a master bathroom designed with travertine stone that features a whirlpool tub, an oversized glass shower, and a double vanity. There are two additional bunk rooms. One bunk room has two queen bunk beds w/ a double bed trundle and the other bunk room has 4 double bed bunks w/ 2 twin trundles. These two bunk rooms share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third level is home to another King Master Suite with a large private balcony, a walk-in closet and peak views of the Gulf and romantic sunsets. The private beach access is not far at all but no canopies allowed, only umbrellas. All the rooms are spacious, only down side is the two bunk bed rooms will have to share a bathroom. House was pretty clean. Pool was a bit dirty when we got there but. Someone came to clean it the next day. Close to the beach and the private pool was awesome. There was a problem with the A/C on the 2nd and 3rd floors, got really warm. Beach Blue had HVAC out the next morning (on a Sunday) to work on it. Still wasn’t cooling as it should, they came out again that afternoon and found another problem and it was fixed. They even came back the next day to make sure. We understand things happen but their customer service was awesome. It is a great house for a large group. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. The pool was clean and the outdoor furniture was in great shape. The beds are comfy and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The 3 master bedrooms worked well for our multi family group. We stayed for 3 days and had no need to purchase extra household supplies. A Pack 'n play, a beach cart, beach chair and toys were also provided. Plenty of room for the 12 of us with empty beds still. Walked to the beach everyday (maybe 3 min walk), right next door to Alvin’s, ice cream, coffee place, restaurants. Pool was nice with plenty of chairs. House was fully stocked. Beds were sooo comfy! Will definitely stay here again!!! ##### kisha y. We enjoyed the house. We appreciated our host answering all our concerns and questions. We plan on returning. The only thing I will say the pool looked a lot bigger on the pictures it also had lots of leaves stuck to the bottoms of the pool we tried to clean as much as we could. Amenities were bare bones - we understood no beach towels / chairs, but we had hardly any toilet paper, 1 extra trash bag, and 1 dishwasher tablet. There were 13 of us including 8 children. The house had plenty of room and was very comfortable. The master bedrooms on all 3 floors are beautifully furnished with great accessories. The master bathrooms on the second and third floors were exceptional with dual sinks, tiled walk-in showers and jacuzzi tubs. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked often. The pool area is nice and the patio table and chairs provided a lovely lunch spot. The house is just a short walk to the beach and had many beach toys and chairs. I had questions for the rental agency prior to my arrival and found the response time impressive and the answers complete. I would definitely recommend this house and this rental agency. The location is great but the house was disappointing. First, without a common bathroom on the first floor, it’s an inconvenience to go to the second or third floor when you need to use the restroom. Also, the oven was broken so we were unable to use it (although a toaster oven was later brought to the house for our use). The worst part was that there were many roaches in the kitchen and first floor bedroom which is totally unacceptable! We couldn’t even cook on the stove or oven because the bugs LITERALLY crawled out of the stove while we cooked and got in our pots and pans, I’ve never seen a bug infestation like this.
