Enjoy thoughtful touches like walk-in closets with suitcase valets in every bedroom, 4 Smart TVs, and plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space—seating up to 20 between the main table, two outdoor setups, and a kitchen bar with 4 stools. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter and cabinet space, perfect for family meals. The master suite features a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a relaxing Jacuzzi tub, while all bathrooms include rain shower heads. There are also fun bunk beds tucked into the upstairs hallway—perfect for the kids. Miramar Beach Villas is a gated community of vacation rentals located just off Scenic Gulf Drive. The sugary white sand and mesmerizing emerald waters of the gulf are only a short distance away. These two to three-story townhomes are contemporary and completed in a formal Mediterranean style. You’ll be just minutes from multiple shopping venues such as the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. There are also popular dining locations within walking distance such as Whale’s Tail. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach.
