    "I enjoy staying here when I can, but they are currently renovating the breakfast dining room. This meant using a smaller restaurant and the buffet area was a bit cramped. Half of the hot items were cold, not just luke warm which was disappointing. Otherwise the staff were pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows."

    "I cannot say enough good things about the EB Hotel Quito, the amenities and their fantastic staff. Despite my lack of Spanish, they were so accommodating and made me feel so comfortable. I must especially recognize both Dalllery and Diana at the front desk/reception. I must also recognize the amazing masseuse, Luz. I was there for 5 days and had 3 massages! The restaurant and management staff were equally outstanding. I look forward to returning and staying at this wonderful resort to further..."
