"Stayed for 7 days. Room was cleaned every day. AC worked fine. I thought our rooms were spotless every time we came back in the evening. Old decor, but it’s fine as it has an authentic Mexican charm to it. Even though the hotel was right beside the NYE street party, I managed to get a good night’s sleep. Restaurant was okay, although the price is a little on the high end for what you get. I loved the happy hour drink special near the lobby— we went for them almost every day! Would I stay here again? Absolutely. If I’m not mistaken, Playa Los Arcos has the largest outdoor pool near the pier. I could not see another resort in the vicinity with a pool from the pier to Malecon. Their beach amenities and service was over the top. Thank you!!"
