"We loved the property. We booked the room specifically for the waterslides. We were told at check in that the slides were not open until 10/1. We would have postponed our trip until the slides were open had we known. It was very upsetting for the kids who were so excited. The day before check in the hotel even sent me a letter via Expedia with waterslide hours and rules. Call and make sure everything is open before you book"

"The rooms should have room-darkening shades or curtains. Outside our room was a parking lot light that kept our room lit all night. We had only one wash cloth. The bath towels need upgrading, a little rough/course. A section of the baseboard beneath the mirror was missing so one could see quite a way into the neighboring room. I think it's the ice machine that makes noise for a while after someone takes ice from it. The bed was nice; the pillows were a little flat, however. Nice new bedspreads; the carpet looked fairly new, clean. No elevator in the two-story building so I asked for a room on the first floor and it was granted. Room was dark with only one ceiling light at the end of the room, not in the middle of the ceiling; and one desk lamp on the nightstand. Small TV, 32" perhaps? The place needs some constant attention in upgrading the facilities. Overall, we made it work. Probably won't stay there again as there won't be a need."

"Property was clean and ready to go on check-in. I did not have any issues with the property at all. Easy access, quiet and had a great puppy that would come say hi when you came down stairs."
