Charming little Mas with a terracotta tiled roof, offering a closed bedroom for two people, an open bedroom area for two people, a lounge area with sofa and TV, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower tiled with colored earthenware. The living room opens onto a 15m2 terrace overlooking the tree-lined garden. of 150m2. All freshly decorated and welcoming. Private parking space in front of the Mazet. Common parking at the entrance of the domain. Swimming pool reserved for the domain of 15m X 5m. Shared laundry room with two washing machines, a dryer, folding beds and baths for children. The area located 3 minutes walk from the village shops is set back from the center, in a street with very low traffic. The private road of the domain only serves access to the 13 mazets.
The village of Mirabel-aux-Baronnies is located 7 km from Nyons and 10 km from Vaison la Romaine.

La description correspond totalement à l'hébergement.Très charmant et bien équipé.Au calme, sous les arbres très appréciable durant cette semaine caniculaire.Proche du centre du Village, petit Village magnifique.Belle piscine avec peu de monde et ce malgré les fortes températures.

Een heerlijk verblijf in het charmante Mirabel aux Baronnies

Een kleine, maar fijne gite waar alles aanwezig was wat men nodig heeft voor een fijne zonvakantie.Prachtig terras, leuke tuin erbij. Zwembad en wasruimte op slechts 25 meter afstand en keurig voor elkaar. Keukentje is klein en een minpuntje vonden wij het kookplaatje met slechts 2 warmtebronnen; dat was een beetje behelpen, maar ook een uitdaging en we hebben ons er uiteindelijk goed mee gered.Wat de schoonmaak bij aankomst betreft; dat had wat beter gekund; de vloer was duidelijk niet gedweild en de broodkruimels van de vorige gasten lagen nog op het aanrecht, maar verder OK.Voor ons tweeën was de gite perfect maar voor 4 of 5 personen lijkt het me wel passen en meten.De foto’s op de website zijn goed overeenkomstig de werkelijkheid en de douche vloer is echt prachtig!We komen heel graag terug en hebben hier erg genoten!

Très joli petit Mazet, bien équipé dans une copropriété bien gérée. Je ne conseille pas pour plus que 2 adultes et 2 enfants... Mais c'est équipé pour 6 Propriétaire à l'écoute, très reactif et très sympathique...

Joli mas dans joli coin

Nous connaissions déjà cette propriété mais avec un autre mas. Nous connaissions donc déjà l endroit que nous adorons. Le mas est propre et fonctionnel, avec une belle piscine et balançoires ( espace commun) ! Un peu déçu car nous ne savions pas que la maison est mitoyenne avec une autre donc nous entendions les voisins et j imagine que eux aussi... cela est dommage dans un bel endroit si paisible.

Séjour à Mirabel

Location bien équipée. Entretien de la résidence laisse à désirer surtout dans une période de hauts risques d incendie. Entretien de la piscine en pleine heure de fréquentation, passage de tondeuse sur de l herbe sèche. Tas de feuilles et branchages non ramassé avec risque de départ d'incendie. Personnes étrangères à la résidence utilisant la piscine y fumant buvant de l alcool et mangeant sous les yeux de propriétaires qui ne disent rien. La douche avant la baignade n est quasi pas utilisée y compris par des propriétaires. Quand à la location manque une climatisation car intenable et un ventilateur non adapté. Le ménage n est pas fait et facturé à 50 euros !!! Dommage il y a un bon équipement. Le propriétaire a été contacté mais pas de gestes. Fera remonter les informations...dommageable car village charmant site beau etc...

Un agréable séjour dans cette location

Location très bien équipée dans un endroit agréable et au calme idéalement situé pour profiter de toutes les merveilles de la Drôme provençale. Le typique petit village de Mirabel situé à quelques pas est un plus et rajoute du charme au séjour.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré quelques problèmes (lave vaisselle et micro onde en panne durant notre séjour et un problème de plomberie). Nous avons contacté régulièrement Philippe suite à ces problèmes et la communication s'est faite très facilement. L'équipement du mazet et très bien. Cependant équiper les fenêtres de moustiquaires serait un vrai plus voir même indispensable surtout lorsque l'on à des enfants. Là piscine est magnifique, très bien entretenue et sécurisée ! L'accès à la buanderie est simple et pratique et c'est également un GROS plus de pouvoir laver son linge. Nous reviendrons mais nous restons un peu déçu de ne pas avoir été prévenu concernant le lave vaisselle qui montrait deja des signes de fatigues, et le manque d'intervention pour le problème de plomberie. Dans l'ensemble bon séjour mais avec un bémol pour ces problèmes.

Petit Gîte bien situé en Proovence

Petit gîte bien équipé situé en Provence 3 problèmes toutefois : - l'accueil totalement inexistant. Nous sommes arrivés au gîte à l'heure prévuue sans que personne ne soit là et sans aucune information pour prendre possession de celui-ci. Heureusement, une personne d'une agence immobilère s'occupant d'autres gîtes dans la propriété connaissait le code d'accès pour avoir la clé et nous a donc permis d'entrer dans le gîte. Le propriétaire était injoignable. Un message vocal et un sms a été laissé sur son GSM. Près de 2h plus tard on a enfin reçu un message du propriétaire sans aucun mot d'excuse - le lave vaisselle (élément important de la location) ne fonctionnait plus - les protèges matelas des occupants précédents étaient toujours dans le bac à linge

Nous avons passez un très bon moment dans ce joli petit mazet au cœur d'une pinède! Le celui-ci était propre, très bien équipé et bien placé ! Le seul hic : le lave vaisselle en panne!
