Checking in is absolutely horrid. This hotel actually does not allow you access to your room until the actual 3:00pm check in time, I’ve never experienced this with any other property. Usually whatever time you get in, you check in and have access to your room. The check in process is completely disorganized, having to continuously check with the front desk. Luggage room is a nightmare. Hotel is clean and amenities are very good. Staff was nice and helpful. Just seems they can not handle large crowds or their busy season.

The restaurant wasn't open but they made us a 3 course meal on our 1st night as well as hiving us some recommendations for local restaurants. The staff are there/around but not in your face ..."
