"Pros: Un grazie alla padrona di casa Ilaria per essere stata cosi accogliente. I bambini si sono divertiti molto, intorno alla casa ci sono ampi spazi attrezzati (giochi e percorsi) per lasciare i bimbi in libertà ed in sicurezza. "Leider eine deutliche Enttäuschung – trotz guter Lage.Positiv sind nur die Nähe zum Strand, freundliche (englischsprachige) Mitarbeiter und die renovierte Optik. Das war es aber auch schon.Die Realität weicht erheblich von der Beschreibung ab: Die zugesicherte Klimaanlage fehlt komplett – bei den Temperaturen ein gravierender Mangel.Das Internet ist praktisch unbrauchbar (ca. 1 Mbit/s über 4G). Noch schlimmer: Die Wohnung liegt in einem Funkloch, sodass auch mobiles Internet kaum funktioniert....

"I don’t usually write reviews but the quality of a property really shows when the unexpected happens. The rooms and pool were great and big, and the food poolside very good. But what really impressed me was Irene’s responsiveness on some early hiccups and when my wife got very sick, Federica at the front desk was a model of care and hospitality. Immediate responses to any requests, a good English speaking doctor in our room within 90 minutes on a Saturday at a very reasonable rate. Generous flexibility with checkout to help us get back on our feet. Housekeeping going to extra mile to manage our needs during illness. Thank you to all the staff and especially Frederica for all your kind care."

"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."

"The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30” luggages"

"Accommodation was central, clean and well maintained. Martina provided great communication and check in. There is no parking but we parked at Europa Car Park which cost us 18 Euro per day, it was more secure and better maintained then the train station parking lot. The room was just like the photos, and we could walk across the road for dinner/breakfast, great location! Thank you!"

"Family stay in this hotel in the beautiful jewel of Viareggio. Hotel is perfectly situated on the beachfront and the staff from reception to dining and housekeeping are all very friendly and helpful and professional. The hotel is very good for families stopping in Viareggio. We had a very good stay and will come back. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel.breakfast was an extra surprise"
