Light and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment

Cosy apartment in the centre of Minsk in an authentic neoclassical building, with a balcony and a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking Independence Avenue. High ceilings, hardwood floors make you want to walk barefoot. Maximum sound insulation due to 50 cm wide brick walls. At the front entrance, the clergy smells of coffee from a nearby coffee shop. Fresh renovation, new furniture, necessary for a comfortable life appliance: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Free WiFi, Netflix.

Bright and Comfy
This stay was excellent! The apartment has a wonderful view with lots of natural lighting. There's a small coffee shop downstairs that has some delicious handmade caffeinated drinks for you to enjoy. Additionally, it's a great location to take public transportation anywhere around the city. There's also a small market under the apartment and several restaurants within walking distance. A really great place! I would love to stay again.

Large Living Room and great location in Minsk
Great location right near the Merto in Minsk. The Apartment is very spacious with large windows and working appliances. Would recommend this spot to anyone locking to have a comfortable stay for a great price.

Perfect place to stay in Minsk
I really enjoyed these apartments. The host and manager are very friendly. I like modern and light interior. Location is perfect. Lots of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, central botanical park, subway and public transport. Within 15 min from the central station by subway. It will be the first place to check if I need to stay in Minsk again.
