One lady only was available to sort out this. After half an hour in the que I was told they did not see me in the booking system due to that the hotel no longer offerred reservation via Hotels.com. After some waiting and calls to the booking department from the check-in desk finally I got my room. Großes Zimmer, extra Kastenraum und riesiges Badezimmer. Die Aussicht vom Balkon im 15.Stock war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war ok, nichts für Feinschmecker aber es sollte für jeden etwas passendes dabei sein. Der Hotelpool ist ok, es gibt auch 3 kleine finnische Saunen mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Zu empfehlen ist das Panoramarestaurant im 22.Stock mit super Aussicht. Preislich für belarussische Verhältnisse etwas teuer, aber sehr gute Qualität und wie gesagt die Aussicht! Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, warum ist es beim Hoteleingang am Abend so dunkel?
