Good afternoon, I ordered apartments through your platform in Minsk. On the day of arrival, I wrote to the chat, and the owner of the apartment told me that they do not cooperate with your platform, and these are fraudulent actions. My family and I experienced great inconvenience during my trip and unforeseen expenses, since the apartments were paid in advance, and I had to find new ones at the last moment of the trip.
