My husband and I came to devils lake in the winter to icefish. We were able to set up some tip-ups on the lake and watch them right from the living room! The house and kitchen have everything you need because it’s an actual lived-in cabin. Loved the fireplace, the Traeger grill and being able to use the washer/dryer. The house is warm and cozy, especially during the 55-60 below windchill during 1st days of our stay, and it has every amenity that you'd want. George is a great host. We ice fished about 1/2 mile off shore and caught walleye and pike. It was really nice that people could walk to ice fishing spot and come and go as they wanted. We had our own portable ice tents/sleds. The Traeger grill made the back straps (from family deer camp/hunt in Minnesota the previous November) an unexpected and delightful bonus. Everything about it is nice. It is spacious and overall a great place to stay. Parking, sitting, kitching, bedrooms. Its all nice. ##### Jeremy T.
