"This was probably one of our most cherished family getaways. The views alone and the way that the property is set on the mountain side was breathtaking. The driveway allowed for us to pull out boat in and easily turn it in the lower circular driveway area so that we didn’t need to back it up.There is ample usable space for a large family. The kitchen and dining area have enough seating with the barstools for everybody in our group. The bedrooms were thoughtfully put together. We have mostly adult children and they all love staying up and playing games in the game room while the parents were able to go to bed without being disturbed. Everybody loves the use of the steam room, especially after long days on the lake boating. None of us have ever participated in raspberry days and the location of the house was nice so that we could drive in and participate in the activities, but also be far enough away that when we came home, we didn’t have crowds to contend with. The extra fridge in the master bedroom was a lifesaver. You do have to transport the garbage down to the clubhouse, but I am one that likes to keep things very clean so that didn’t bother me at all. The communication with the homeowners was seamless and they were very responsive. We appreciated using their property and will be back for sure!"

"We had a family reunion with more than 60 people. The home and apartment was the perfect size for the size of the group with enough sleep options and open space to where we did feel like we were on top of each other the whole time we were there. Plenty of parking and enough grass area for outside activities. The hosts were great to work with and responded quickly to our questions through our our stay. Access to the clubhouse was a plus and we enjoyed the private beach for the water activities. Highly recommend this place for any large group. If we were to do another family reunion in the Bear Lake area we would come back. "

"We had an amazing experience and the house was the perfect setting for our extended family. The large gathering places inside and out were perfect for meals and games. Each family loved the suites with some privacy and their own bathroom. We expected to spend more time on the water but the kids and teens loved the house so much that we spent lots of time in the game room, theater, and yard. The views of the lake and mountains were astounding- a bonus was visits by a moose, rabbits, and deer that we could see from the deck. I've never had a VRBO that was so well stocked and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend! "
"Lots to do, great house except no AC in the basement. Great kitchen for all 24 of us. Kids loved the arcade game. The primary main floor bedroom/bathroom was not ADA accessible for a wheelchair….the entrance to the bathroom was very narrow."

"We had a large family gathering and this property was perfect. Lots of activities in the home plus the pool and pickleball courts on the property. The proximity to Bear Lake was great as well. No problems at all. We loved it and would stay here again. "
