"The rooms were great and the hotel was way nice. Some homeless people wonder in the area and parking was pricey, but to be expected downtown Minneapolis. I would definitely stay again "

Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"We had issues upon check in because their credit card system was down and it kept telling me my card was being declined (which I knew it couldn't be). The gentlemen who helped me was SO kind and apologetic. He comped our early check in fee and offered us water while we were waiting. He was the kindest person EVER and made the entire experience great. He handled the pressure well and with professionalism!
The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were prompt at arriving each day to reset the room. Dining options were minimal. The pool area leaves much to be desired. It is in the "basement" and feels like it. No sauna or hot tub. For the price, we would definitely stay here again! Especially for the convention we were there to attend. Within great walking distances to eateries and Target!"
