"My family Had 2nd floor room. Not enough towels. One stained towel. And a sticky floor near the bed side table. Fridge was not so cold for our drinks. The shower was clogged when showering.The pool was not very clean. Water was not clear at all dirty looking water. Had some paper and hair everywhere ..."
