My stay was absolutely great! With the only exception being that the edges of the 6x8 foot living room rug are furled upwards away from the floor on both 6 foot sides, and create a serious and significant tripping hazard. The rug edge nearest the dining bar caught my foot several times during my stay. This needs to be remedied immediately with a new flat rug for safety of all who stay here in the future.

It’s a clean property. But when I checked in, a dishwasher was not emptied and full of dishes and cups. Also, water pressure was very lower. TV is quite outdated. Don’t expect streaming services using TV in the room…

Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath. Great location. Needed more blankets for the sofa bed. Rooftop was a great photo op!

Great location for sports
The room was in great shape and the location was superb. We were able to walk to the football stadium (about 25 minutes) and the baseball stadium (about 8 minutes). There were nice restaurants within walking distance. The room was extremely clean.

I'm a travel agent and booked this place for my client. We were completely dissatisfied with the service and I will not consider Sonder at any locations until they take accountability for their mistakes. 1. We requested an infant crib as advertised and instead received a pack and play, which was not what we confirmed and arranged one month prior to check-in. Not only that, the pack and play was broken. When we requested an infant crib again based on what we received, they delivered another pack and play and didn't bother to retrieve the broken one. They refused our third request for them to supply an actual infant crib or bed because they simply miss advertised and didn't actually have neither an infant crib or infant bed. We would have never booked this place initially if they didn't offer an actual infant bed or crib as advertised. 2. We extended the check-out date by one day and received confirmation of the extension and new dates. However, the Sonder booking system never updated the new checkout date. They were not going to honor the new date and told my client she had to check out within 3 hours or move to a new room because they had another client arriving. They were inconsiderate and took no accountability of their own issue and made it my client's issue even though my client was charged for the new booking and we had documentation. Nor did they offer to help move my client's belongings nor try to arrange the new guest to another room they had available.

It was just as advertised. Clean. Comfortable. The directions to find it were accurate though a bit hard to find at first. There were a few frozen cans in the freezer by a previous guest and the coffee maker had an old filter in it but beyond that it was all clean and had everything we needed.

The property and room was great. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Sonder as an organization. We called to change our reservation to shorten our stay by one day. No issues, they told us we would get a credit. Stayed for the shorter duration. Have not received a credit from Sonder.

The pull out bed couch was very nice, with the extra bedding. Everything was in super nice condition. Walk-in closet didn't have a light.

Sonder MINNEAPOLIS with the worst bed ever
This was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced. As stiff as a board. So much so that after trying to lay on it for 1 hour my limbs when completely numb. I spent the entire trip sleeping on the pullout couch which was marginally better though not ideal either. The place was clean and really cute but none of that matters when you can’t get a good night's sleep.

The apartment stay was like living in Minneapolis. Didn't realize how beautiful Minneapolis is and all that it has to offer. The accommodations at SECOND SECOND a dream. So close to where I had appointments and close to shopping and dining. Sonder took great strides in making my stay AMAZING! Thank you! Will be checking out Sonder in other Cities for a place to stay when it comes time.

Everything was pretty nice for a getaway spot on the weekend next to downtown. Lots of nice places to walk to nearby. Construction was going on nearby but mostly quiet during the time there. Will def recommend tho, that the bed is very very hard. Might want to upgrade the mattress

Excellent accommodations and location
We recently stayed at this Sonder property in the North Loop of Minneapolis. We were very impressed with the size, amenities, and overall comfort. This is basically a full one-bedroom apartment at a cost that is less than (or comparable to) a regular hotel downtown. Accessing the building is a breeze. The keypads at the entrance and on the individual units makes coming and going a breeze. My only minor complaint is the cost of parking in the area. (Parking is not included with this property, however there is a convenient garage under the building). We are planning another trip in October and will absolutely stay with Sonder again.

The parking garage was located right next to the building. The building itself is very secure. The location is great! The room was clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint is that the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and I am never picky about beds. Overall I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Minneapolis!

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to future holidays at this location. The one and only complaint which is pretty big and unfortunate was on the final morning of our stay we were woken to very loud grinding or drilling sounds that continued up through check out. Maybe from the apartment above it seemed to be surrounding us completely. Very disappointing end to our holiday.

Great location, extremely clean property and clear instructions about entering. Beware of the Sonder security policies: they insist on photographing your driver's license, then insist on camera scans and other security measures that seem maybe good for them but ripe for identity theft. Additionally, I wanted to check in early. To see if it was an option, they forced me to download their app. I did and then asked about early check in but there was just a blank message "we get a lot of requests and will let you know." They never did. Summary: good property, disquieting security and annoying app mandates
