A group of friends were in town for an event. The house was perfect for all of us to be together but also have our personal space. Close to the airport and freeways. We all agreed we’d stay again!
We had a large family gathering over 3 days. The bedrooms were all made up nicely and the two gathering spaces worked well for everyone to gather and spread out. The location was handy and convenient.
The house was simply but nicely furnished. Parking was plentiful. The layout of 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 4 up a short flight of stairs provided adequate separation for differing bedtimes and needs. All the beds were very comfortable. Air traffic noise was not an issue. We were very satisfied with this property for our family stay.
Perfectly located, spacious, clean home that is located in safe neighborhood! Close to attractions, but nestled in quiet neighborhood Owners were friendly, prompt and accommodating. Grand children loved the park accross the street. We would definitely stay here again!
My extended family/friends and I had a wonderful experience during our stay here. The host was very accomidating for our large group and everyone was very impressed with the cleanliness and sheer size of the property. There was plenty of space for us all to move around and settle down for the evenings. I would highly recommend staying here again!

Bigger than pictures make it look
The home was nice it had seven bedrooms that were split 4 upstairs and three at the other end of the house. Nice size basement for the children to play games. Only issue was the bathroom could not fit a wheelchair so it was hard for my sister to use the restrooms. Otherwise a great place!
Our grandkids range in age from 6 (3 of them) to 14. The teenagers loved the basement ping pong table, the younger ones loved the upstairs living room for games and tv. The kitchen was well equipped for Grandma and Grandpa to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and clean. The park across the street was a hit for the youngest ones. Thank you to our host for our “home away from home”!
This is the second time we have stayed here. Close to the airport and Mall of America. Very Clean. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to start your stay. We purchase extra for the rest of our stay, which is normal for house rentals. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. I like the three couches in the family room, plenty of room to all sit together.
There are four bedrooms upstairs with a tub bathroom. Three bedrooms downstairs with a walking shower bathroom. There is a toilet/sink off the dining room. They have a basement, but we have not used it.
Loved the location. Seven bedrooms, each with a queen bed. All beds were comfortable. We were in town (8 of us) to celebrate Christmas with family members. I liked the family room set up with three large couches. We all could sit together and talk or play games. The cookware is Ninja. Plenty of plates and cups. We needed spoons so bought plastic. We were close to the airport; we rarely heard an airplane. The neighborhood was quiet. The hair dryer on the list was not there, so bring your own. The pool table cues did not have felt on the end, so hitting the ball was a dud. And the ping pong balls were all cracked. Ended up not using those, even though that was one reason why we picked this VRBO. Also, there was not enough lighting for the evening, we took lights from bedrooms so we could see better.
We would still stay here again.

Hot stay
The size of the house was perfect for our group of 10 that stayed on the property for our 3 night vacation. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate. However, there were some problems we experienced. The first evening we contacted the owner about the air conditioning on the upstairs level not working. The next day, we found none of the AC working. While there were some fans available upstairs, there were none downstairs, which made for a sweaty stay. We contacted the owner many times, with nothing being done about the matter until half way through our stay. Someone was sent out to check the AC, but we were told nothing could be done until after our stay was complete. This accompanied with the temperature of the house caused headaches and nausea in many of our family members and us. While the owner was kind and communicative, and their house great for large groups beware if you come to visit in the sweltering summer heat as there was no AC, ceiling fans, or breeze (we were even advised not to open the windows because it would overwork the nonexistent AC). We also could not open most of the windows due to no screens, but a second layer of glass and the kitchen slider door being unable to open. The sliding door from the kitchen to the outside was unable to open, and even if we did want to go outside the yard was not maintained and there were no seats to accommodate anyone who would have wanted the possibility to cool down even a little outside.
12 women from our gym ran the Night Nation 5k..."Stand Up To Cancer!" It was a great event!! The home was perfect for an over night stay as we were all together...basically we dressed for the run at the house, ran the awesome event and stayed all night and left the next day! Nice, safe neighborhood! Would recommend for a large group, worked well for us! Clean and comfortable beds.
We used this rental as base for a bachelorette party. We used it to get ready and sleep after . There was so much space, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were available for all sections. The sliding door was open when arrived making me a little nervous. There are code and locks on doors to the bedrooms which felt odd because once shut no one could get to you. In one the bathrooms there an open window and in the bedroom an open window. Our overall experience was very good, just didn’t like it being open when we got there.
A place to crash for about 10 of us that went to a Prince tribute musical event with our adult kids/friends before our destination wedding in 2 months. Perfect amount of space.
We stayed from the afternoon of the 25th until the morning of the 28th of July, 2025. During that time, there was upto 15 people (12 from our of town, 3 locals) in the house, at any one time. The place was nearly perfect for us.A nice dining area, which can easily seat 6. Two couches in the living room, with two more in the basement/rec room. The kitchen was a little tight, but everything we needed worked perfectly. And there were enough towels for everyone to take showers.Speaking of the showers... the hot & cold knobs were switched in the upstairs one. One of us took a cold shower, thinking there just wasn't any hot water at the time. I heard no complaints about the downstairs one, so I assume that wasn't the case down there.
Showed up in mid May to a sweltering house. Upstairs was in the low 90's. The AC control panel was broken on the upstairs unit and so we slept horribly first night. I had to remove a "Do not remove" sticker to turn on the AC in the downstairs unit. Need instructions on the AC. Luckily the weather changed so we were able to cool off the next day. A technician came by on our third day to get the AC system on but we didn't need it later. Kitchen sink drain was clogged ... That being said, the rooms were clean and the space was good for our 7 buddies to meet up for a long weekend.

The house was large, plenty of bedrooms. The check-in process was easy. The house is close to everything. The inside of the house was clean but the yard, front and back, was a MESS when we arrived. The outside did not look like the picture. The grass was soooo tall and needed to be cut. It had weeds everywhere. I called and message the owner immediately before we entered the house. It took about 30 mins but we got a response stating that someone will come by to cut the grass. It took about hour & 1/2 but the grass got cut but not edged so it still looked bad. The worst part of our stay was that the house had mice. We bought some traps because the mice kept running around the kitchen, laundry, one bedroom, and the garage at night. There's a hole under the kitchen sink and the mice runs in there. That's also where the pots are located, so make sure you wash the pots before using them. We told the owner about the mice. We won't recommend staying here unless they get rid of the mice. This review is the truth about our stay.
