Still waiting for my refund

The property manager double booked the property leaving my guests stranded then he wouldn't communicate with me anymore. I was told by VRBO I was getting a refund but still haven't seen it. It's been almost three weeks, I'd like my money back.

ADULT themed

The property was very clean, and the check in process went perfectly. I had reserved the location for my adult children and younger children. When we entered the location, the parking space was being used as a playground for the neighborhood. The location was "not the best" part of town. Upon entering the location, we noticed there was a dancer pole with full length sets of accompanying mirrors and topless ladies scrolling on the tv screen on the opposite wall. Additionally, there were adult-themed games in the houses game closet. We decided to leave immediately. We did not stay at the location for more than 10 minutes. We attempted to reach the manager, but he was not even willing to reimburse the cleaning fee. VRBO said that the pole shows in one photo. This listing was clean, but please know it should be listed as an adult-themed location.
