Great location and charming house
This is my 3rd or 4th stay here. It's a perfect location, for shops and walking among mansions...and it has a wonderful front porch ..weather permitting and a small fireplace for cold weather. Stacey, the manager, is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions you may have. I highly recommend this property...

Comfy Home and convenient location
This property was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and organized making it easy to cook while there. Also it was easy to access many restaurants and shops nearby. The nearby neighborhoods were perfect for walking.

Everything was perfect for our family from out of town. They looked forward to their cozy evenings with the fireplace on and we enjoyed wonderful meals on Grand Avenue! Thank you for such a sweet and cozy place to stay!

Great space, great location
Stayed here for a long weekend and everything about it was ideal. Great location for walks, shopping and restaurants, cozy space with everything we needed. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Great location/Lot’s of Space/Comfortable bed and living space
We were in St. Paul to watch our daughter play soccer games at St. Kat’s and Macalester. Perfect location. And it felt like home with great living space and kitchen. Super comfy bed and air conditioners throughout. We rented eBikes and enjoyed getting around and exploring the Twin Cuties on two wheels with no need to rent a car.

Just Perfect
We had a wonderful vacation in St Paul and our accommodation complimented our time. It's in a lovely area, was well appointed, clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Our host Stacey communicated perfectly from the initial booking through to our stay. I cant speak more highly of this accommodation.

Very comfortable!
This property is one of the most comfortable and clean we have stayed at. It was very quiet and a nice neighborhood. Stacey was very helpful and easy to reach. There was everything there we needed and the bed was very comfortable. If we are in the area again we definitely would stay there.

Everything you could possibly want
This was one of the best equipped kitchens I have found in a short term rental. Plus the kitchen and dining room are quite spacious. Both the bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable and the porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Stacey was in touch and quick to respond when contacted. We would definitely stay here again.

Coziest abode!
This was a return stay. I love this house and the location is great! Everything about my stay was perfect. The house is warm and comfortable. Great location in historic home among historic houses
The flock of wild city turkeys that visited us during our morning coffee was a fun way to start our morning. Watched them feed for a 1/2 hour. Very cool.

A Spectacular Fall stay!

Great local and cute property
Everything is was easy…from check in to parking to the great neighborhood that’s close to everything. Host was super responsive before check in Unlock was really wonkyand when we needed an iron and ironing board to get presentable for a business meeting. Sitting on the front porch in the evening and watching the fire flys was so cool! We gave a 4 for cleaning because we found a pair of stray panties under the dresser and a sock under the bed. Access to a washer and dryer would have been nice but we didn’t ask and we might have been able to use one that was on the property? The front door knob and lock was really wonky. Aforementioned were all small things that would not deter us from booking again. Thanks Stacey!

We loved staying at Stacey’s place. The location was perfect, just a short 10 minute walk to great restaurants, coffee and convenient store. The house was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. We would absolutely book again next time we visit St Paul.

I love staying here! The property is located in my favorite area of St. Paul. The house itself is cozy and welcoming. And I spent much of time on the lovely front porch…..when I wasn’t out enjoying the wonderful restaurants and walking the sidewalks, looking for the sidewalk poetry. Stacey was easy to get ahold of and replied to any questions quickly. I will be returning.

Saint Paul Visit
Terrific place to stay in Saint Paul. Located in a good neighborhood with restaurants and bars a couple of blocks away and only a 5 minute drive to downtown (walkable if you can do the hill back up). The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The owner was wonderful to deal with when figuring out arrival plans. I look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful location
The location here cannot be beat: Restaurants, great coffee shops and beautiful Victorian mansions. This property is great for one person, or a couple. There is just one bathroom and bedroom. Plus a pull-out couch. The house is very cute….it’s warm, and welcoming. There is a small fireplace…and 2 large TVs. My only negative was that I could hear the renter (a large man) upstairs, as he walked. But I would definitely return to this VRBO. It’s very comfortable.

Great Location
We lived in the Summit Hill neighborhood years ago, and it was great to return to some of our old haunts. The unit is very comfortable, and we were meeting friends who rented the upstairs unit, which worked out really well. I was a bit worried about the lack of off-street parking, but we never had a problem finding parking on the street. All in all, a great weekend visit. We'll be back.
