"The place was great for kids and families as you visiting mall of America. No hot tub onsite and activities for the kids are sparse compared to their other great wolf lodge properties. Will I stay again….stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and couldn’t get room service those nights. Only trash removal and towel removal only after finding out u must request the night before and for it STILL NOT TO BE DONE… No clean sheets, no bed making, anything that was needed was dropped at door without even a knock….. Not a great first time at this property!!! Front desk apologized and gave us breakfast buffet coupons for both rooms…..mehhhhhhhhhh…"

"We stayed to be close to the airport before leaving on a week long vacation. Were able to pay to leave our car in the parking lot at the hotel for the week and rode a shuttle to the airport. This was the way to go! Walked to the mall the night before our flight."

"Excellent hotel. Location was primo! So convenient to shop and walk back to your room! Wonderful, unique experience at the Mall of American and the hotel. "

"Room was okay. The first room we tried, the carpet was pulling up from every corner, the bathroom light wasnt operational and was broken. Had them move us and it was a step up. Carpet was still badly torn in places, very used furniture, plug ins barely worked. The room was alright. They are remodeling which is great but noisy during the day, the workers left a giant mess throughout the hotel and didnt clean up at the end of the day. Breakfast was alright, hot breakfast was good and fresh fruit was good. Chorizo was super super greasy and not flavorful somehow. Parking is 14 bucks a day which is annoying. For the price it worked, but I wouldn't pay over $100 a night for this place."

"We enjoyed our stay! Upon arrival were greeted by super helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Our room was very clean and the entire property was nicer than expected. Only issue we found was that we expected our room to be cleaned after our first night but housekeeping did not attend our room but it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. I used the gym which was super nice and had everything you could need for a gym. Locker room and showers included was super unexpected and nice to see! Would definitely stay again!"
