  • This is a finished lower level, rarely used and completely furnished. You share an entrance with the owner, but your space is all your own! Sleeps 4 comfortably with two bedrooms; 1 King, 1 Queen. Really everything you need for a super comfortable stay! Almost new sectional, ping pong table, throwback electronic game table, kitchenette, etc.

Family reunion in Excelsior

The property met our needs very well-----family reunion at a relative's house in Excelsior. We stayed out during the days, returning at night just to sleep. Spacious, very clean, and quiet, with comfortable beds.

Returning to my home town couldn’t have been easier or more enjoyable staying here! Easy access to all we like to do. The ping pong and games were entertaining in our downtime. The host was a pleasure to talk to and very accommodating.

Uncomfortable arrangement

What the listing does not mention is that while you have the downstairs to yourself, there's nothing separating you from the hosts' living area. It's a wide-open stairwell without any physical barrier. There weren't even locks on bedroom doors. We left early and found a hotel to complete our weekend because it was uncomfortable to be there without any way to really isolate.
