The staff were soooo nice! Super accommodating. The hotel was very clean and smelled really good. Rooms were nice, drinks were good. Will definitely be back.

Just a pleasant one night stay with wife for a short romantic getaway. Pleasant staff, very clean and quiet room. Dinner at Hazelwood restaurant next door that was delicious. Perfect stay

I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. If you could contact us regarding the rate being different than your reservation I would love to get that fixed for you. According to the reservation side of Expedia the rate is exactly the same. If you were sent something different I can look further into this and make the proper modifications

I think it's pathetic that you've joined the rest of mob and started charging for parking. Where's the loyalty to your guests? Because of this stupid move, you will never get our company's business again! All for a lousy couple dollars. Hope it was worth it?

We understand that the charges are not ideal, however the difficult decsion was made due to the high costs of maintaining a covered parking ramp, which many other hotels in the area do not have this option to keep your vehicle free from snow in the winter and execessive heat in the summer. It can take 4-5 business days for the pending charge to release. Some banks will show a secondary charge when you check out when you have a remaining balance with us. Your total with us for parking an other incidentals is 16.30 which should show by about Wednesday or Thursday.

The water chiller in the room was nice with filling stations on every floor by the elevator. The bar had fun drinks. You could walk to the mall. They have plenty of parking but it is not free anymore.

My stay at AC was nothing but perfect! Before arriving I had a few questions and was helped by Mike. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MIKE!!! He was the most respectful and amazing person ever. He took care of us thru the phone and in person. Mike treated us with kindness and compassion. Mike if you’re reading this, you made our stay 1000x better. The property is very well maintained and looks presentable. The rooms are just perfect. I will for sure comeback to this hotel!

Home of the cooler
Bathroom lighting is terrible. Bathroom layout not well done. The shower layout is bad. There is no refrigerator, just a “cooler”.
