This accommodation, installed in a farmhouse and adjoining the neighboring house, is organized on 2 levels. On the ground floor: - a large living room with decorative fireplace not in use - a veranda with dining table - a fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher - a separate toilet On the 1st floor: - a mezzanine with relaxation area and library - a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm - a bedroom with a bed of 140 x 190 cm - a bathroom with shower and toilet Here, everything is included for your comfort: towels and bed linen are provided, beds are made on arrival and the cleaning package included. Outside: - a walled garden - a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and barbecue Outdoor facilities currently being finished - a garage for bicycles / motorcycles or sports equipment, with a socket for recharging bicycle batteries Parking on the street, in front of the cottage. This accommodation is reserved for leisure customers. With its large bay windows overlooking the garden, the veranda is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. When the weather is nice, head out into the garden with trees and flowers to enjoy a calm and bucolic environment. Ideally located near the Emerald Coast and the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, this cottage is at the crossroads for your future getaways: the Rance estuary and Saint-Suliac, one of the most beautiful villages in France 8 km away, the Tronchet golf course 11.2 km away or the Corsair City of Saint-Malo 17.5 km away.
