"オーナーはフレンドリーで親切だと思います。 私たちはファミリータイプの宿を選択しましたがそこは地図に載っていない場所にありました。事前にもらった住所にはオーナーのアパートが記載されており、当日はそこからバイクで5分の場所に連れて行ってもらいました(ただし有料でした。歩くと50分かかると言われました。) アパートは写真通り綺麗でしたがキッチン周りには大量の蟻がいました。あとゴキブリにも一度会いました。仕方ないと思うしかないと思います。 宿泊した翌日は不幸なことに停電に見舞われ家の中ら大変暑かったです。(オーナー曰く停電はかなり珍しいとのこと)結局やチェックアウトまで電力が回復することはありませんでした。 7人での宿泊で楽しい時間を過ごせたのは確かですが他の友人にこのアパートメントを勧めることはないと思います。とても行きにくい立地です。しかしフィリピンらしさを感じられるという意味では良いと思います。"

"Yes, room spotless and service personnel super attentive as well as front desk, concierge, buffet personnel Christian, room attendants on 18th floor. Everyone has a welcoming attitude and always smiling as soon as you step in the main entrance. Oh, its just hard to work on the tv coz its on chonese but the technician put alk the time to fix it. It was a wonderful stay and wish to come back next time in Cebu coz everything is within walking distance to Ayala malls, casino, etc. Not to mention our buffet breakfast is massive and very affordable with hotel discount. But senior cant do this all the time. They shld have affordable small portion meals even as to go meals. Our seniors cant eat, too much. Clean room stood the best, special thanks from rm. 1832 and 906\. Staff are naturally superb assisting us all the time. Very happy camper here. Awesome stay."

"The Hotel had great views on Travelocity. On google maps not so good. Here’s whatever experienced on our stay. Location is great. Lots of places to eat in the area. Very clean and safe at night in the New Mactan area. Outside the area in the day it was fine at night I wouldn’t let my girlfriend walk alone. The hotel was great. Any bad experiences that were written prior have been remedied since it became a Mercure hotel. The staff were amazing. Front desk had at least 6 people there to check in and out. Jay-R was the doorman he was awesome always got us a cab or a Grab. Super helpful and a good guy for sure. The hotel room was spacious, pretty basic but a nice big bed, the ac was very cold. The water temp could have been hotter but it was warm enough to fog the mirror in the bathroom. The buffet had a good selection of local and continental dishes. Fresh and well stocked. The gym had a lot of equipment and the pool was not too big but it was enough. There was also a steam bath and a sauna the guests could use for free. We didn’t go to the beach or use the spa we went outside the area for that. Overall it was a great experience no complaints and if we visit Cebu again we would definitely stay at the Mercure Hotel again."

"Perfect place to stay for an early flight out. All mod cons. Super clean, comfortable, friendly and affordable. Amazing views from the rooftop bar. The hotel is on a very busy road so traffic noise was constant. But they provide earplugs in the rooms. "

"I came to Cebu for business. Having a quality internet connection is vital to me. Seda has very good internet. The rooms are good. Food very good.
