Apparently a company had rented out all the cottages for three weeks and absolutely trashed and destroyed property, the dock had a massive hole in it that my sons leg went through, got stuck and all cut up. The owner read all my messages with photos and didn’t bother to respond to me. Two other renters had to move cottages due to backed yo"

"We chose Sherwood Inn as it was close to a number of smaller towns we wanted to visit. The older design and setting of the inn is a charm on its own; and everything was well managed and running well. The rooms are a bit dated, but very comfortable and had everything needed for a weekend stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent value for money, covering all the options on most breakfast menus; and the bar has great range supported by an excellent bartender. We did hike the trails on the property, which had great views of Lake Joseph and the forests. The trails themselves are poorly marked and the map provided by the reception is woefully out of sync with the actual trails on the ground. "
