Family Reunion

Our multi generational family enjoyed our time so much at the Modern Farmhouse Retreat. The kids loved playing on the property and we all enjoyed ending the day in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The home was clean and the kitchen very well stocked. There was so much to do in the area as well. We’re already making plans to go back!

Lots of room

The home had plenty of room, plenty of firewood, plenty of appliances, plenty of everything. The host went above and beyond making sure all the home was ready for our stay. I loved the extra touches like blankets in the living room and beach towels by the door for the hot tub. My family of 15 had a stress free worry free 5 days. It worked perfectly for all involved and had plenty of room to enjoy.

Great house and location!

We loved our stay at this property! We have a group of 6 couples that travel together a few times a year, so finding a house that can hold all of us comfortably can be challenging. We loved the space in this house. Each couple had a nice bedroom with plenty of bathrooms to share. Everything was updated really nice as well. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend trip. The outside area was really nice. We loved having the hot tub and fire pit at night, plus there were plenty of chairs for our group as well as a picnic table and nice grill we used one night. Our group loves playing games, so we were excited to find all of the games that were provided. Also the location of this house was great. It took us 10-15 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go in the Blue Ridge area. We found great restaurants, good shopping, a nice orchard, and some of the group went kayaking on the Toccoa River. We even drove to the outlets that are an hour away in Dawsonville one day. Communication for check in was great, and we were even able to check in early when we arrived. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again sometime!
