However, there were approximately 15 light bulbs that were shot, bugs (including roaches) throughout the property, and parts of the house were very worn and mis-matched. For example, the first stair tread going upstairs had old, worn pieces of tape stuck to it. One of the stair treads going downstairs was just a 2 x 8 or 2 x 10 piece of lumber. The blind facings were different colors. The refrigerator's ice maker leaked so our socks got soaking wet. The hot tub had some jets that didn't work. The main floor mattress, although comfortable , was worn so you rolled to the center. The deck has flaking paint and dirty furniture.
