"First the house was a really nice view but it was very stinky in the bedrooms and the place overall. The shower doesnt work downstairs. The water in the downstairs bathroom was rusty even also from the toilet and wouldn't go away even if we flushed. The AC doesn't really give out cold air downstairs and wouldn't circulate air upstairs. And has a foul smell. And the water in the shower upstairs doesnt not have much water pressure. At first communication with the owner wasn't clear with her words...

"The house was clean but too small. While there are enough beds to accommodate up to 14 people. The house is small to have 14 people moving around in it. All three bathrooms are only half baths, and the only bathroom with a water heater is the master bath. The kitchen comes equipped with a rice cooker, hot plate (that didn’t work), coffee pot, microwave, and kettle. Also, there were dishes and flatware, but not enough to accommodate 14 people without having to wash dishes so others could eat....
