The ground floor also includes a comfortable bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed has a private solarium terrace offering a breathtaking view of the river. Outside, you can enjoy a second terrace and a pleasant garden with barbecue, perfect for friendly moments with family or friends. For more convenience, you will also have a private parking space.
