Ideale Lage in Strandnähe

Das Haus ist für 2 Personen sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. In der großen Garage war unser Auto gut geschützt (Hitze!). Leider war die Waschmaschine ein sehr altes Modell und sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben dieses Haus schon vorab für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht.

Das Haus ist groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen kann man sich sehr gut aufhalten. Alles war sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

We love this house

Highly unusual for us to go back to the same place, let alone the same house twice, however this is the second time we’ve stayed at Villa Marine. For a family of 5 it’s the perfect beach house; great location with the beach immediately across the road, close enough to the town centre to walk in and get ice creams etc for the children yet far enough away to be relatively quiet. The house it’s self is really well set up for a beach house, 3 bathrooms, great communal spaces.

Sehr schönes Quartier unmittelbar am Strand!

Sehr geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus in 1a - Lage, unmittelbar am Südstrand des für seine Strände zurecht gerühmten Badeortes Mimizan-Plage. Das „Zentrum“ des Ortes mit Geschäften und zahlreichen gastronomischen Betrieben ist fussläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen, aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einige Lokale. Durch die Raumaufteilung nicht nur gut für Familien mit größeren Kindern geeignet, sondern auch für Freundesgruppen. Hunde sind gestattet und fühlen sich wohl.

Das Haus bietet auch bei schlechtem Wetter genügend Platz für Erholung pur. Die Lage direkt am Strand machen es zur idealen Basis. Die Geruchsemissionen der Papierfabrik sind etwas störend, treten aber nur bei Wind vom Land auf.
