Golf course (9 hole) 3 km, tennis 4 km. Nearby attractions: Arcachon dune du pila 65 km, Biscarrosse 35 km. Hiking paths: Village de marquèze 40 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog.  
"Maisouet", 2-room house 50 m2\. Rustic and antique furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (130 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (filtre) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating. Terrace 20 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only.
