Superbe location

Très belle maison bien placée. A 1km du centre ville. Au bord du courant. Très agréable. Un très grand jardin. Idéal pour le chien. 3 belles chambres. On s’est régalé Point négatif : on récupère la maison à 16h30 eton doit la rendre à 9h , un peu trop tôt car on perd une journée .

Très agréable maison de vacances avec tout le nécessaire pour bien profiter des lieux. Très beau jardin et très bonne situation pour profiter du courant, de l'océan et de mimizan plage nous reviendrons sans hésitation

Haus mit Charakter

Ein schönes Haus mit viel Platz für die Familie. Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber mit viel Charm. Der Garten ist sehr groß mit Schaukel jedoch natürlich belassen.

Belle maison de vacances. Corinne & Gérard B

Maison très bien située, à côté du courant et proche de la mer et du centre ville. Très belle maison avec ses 2 terrasses bien exposées et agréables pour manger et se relaxer. Belle véranda. Le jardin est superbe et naturel : un vrai coin de forêt landaise. L’intérieur est simple et rappelle les vacances de notre enfance, la cuisine est fonctionnelle. Qq points à améliorer : une cafetière plus grande, un canapé plus confortable. L’équipe d’interhome est très sympa.

Ménage non fait avant notre arrivée : sol sale, vaisselle à relaver, idem pour cafetière, microonde… Cependant emplacement agréable à côté d’un cours d’eau et non loin de l’océan. Attention a l’odeur nauséabonde (de la papeterie ? Déchèterie ?) certains jours.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist groß, gut aufgeteilt und Hattingen schönen großen Garten. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit des Hauses bei unserer Ankunft zu wünschen übrig. Trotzdem haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Sämtliche anfänglichen Mängel wurden von den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterinnen vor Ort sofort behoben.

AGREABLE PROPRIETE à Mimizan plage

Maison très agréable et bien équipée. On a apprécié le jardin dans les pins avec la terrasse, le confort des chambres ainsi que l'environnement calme. Le petit chien a apprécié la plage du "Courant de Mimizan" derrière la maison. Très jolie "Promenade Fleurie" à voir près de Mimizan.

Sauberkeit hat stark nachgelassen

Uns ist das Haus seit Jahren bekannt und es ist von der Lage und Ausstattung gut. Leider mussten wir die Erfahrung machen, dass die Sauberkeit des Hauses -im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren- hat sehr nachgelassen. Im Waschbecken waren schwarze "Schimmelflecken", das Geschirr musste größtenteils gespült werden, Gläser waren grau und verblichen. Ein weiteres Manko ist der fehlenden feste WLAN-Zugang im Haus. Das wäre u.E. zeitgemäßer als das WiFi-Package, das zusätzlich ausgeliehen werden muss.

Bonne maison

Maison très agréable, avec la terrasse à l'arrière très sympa, un jardin immense et très bien, et la véranda super. Par contre, pas de BBQ (ce qui était bien annoncé, mais ça manque), et le WiFi est une option payante très chère (alors que l'annonce Abritel disait que le WiFi était inclus)

Bonne maison

Maison très sympa. Le jardin est très bien, la terrasse à l'arrière très agréable, et la véranda juste parfaite. La route est proche, mais ne s'entend pas (trop). 2 bémols : pas de BBQ (vraiment dommage), et le WiFi est une option payante vraiment chère.

Calme et reposant près de la nature

Agréable mais la gestion de la literie draps et couettes ne correspondent pas en taille avec les lits. Fenêtre de la salle d bain face à la maison voisine sans rideau ! Réactivité excellente pour les problèmes de douche et télévision

SATISFAIT

maison très agréable, bien exposée, près du courant et accessible à pied pour la forêt ou les commerce, calme. Agression par les rejets de la papeterie de Mimizan Bourg, en fonction des vents. Une nuit(la première!) particulièrement agressif, même envisageant de quitter cette location. Bonne réactivité des employées pour les petits tracas (TV-douche)
