The appliances were clean and looked fairly new. The position was good to walk into Mimizan and only ten minutes by car to the beach. Improvements would be a more comfortable sofa bed, a non slip base in the shower with a place for shampoo and a better quality shower curtain that doesn't stick to you while showering. A bath mat would also be useful.
