Value for money

The house was very clean, quiet and ideal for us as it has a closed garden which was perfect for the dog. The appliances were clean and looked fairly new. The position was good to walk into Mimizan and only ten minutes by car to the beach. Improvements would be a more comfortable sofa bed, a non slip base in the shower with a place for shampoo and a better quality shower curtain that doesn't stick to you while showering. A bath mat would also be useful. Overall however good value for money

TRES BONNE LOCATION

Location parfaite bien aménagée, conforme au descriptif. Tous les équipements en très bon état, bonne literie. Beaucoup d’espace et très tranquille. Situation idéale pour bénéficier du lac, accéder aux plages en vélo, ou se rendre au centre de Mimizan. Seul petit bémol la connexion internet quelque peu instable.

Canalisation bouchée, avec WC qui remonte et chasse d'eau défectueuse. Cela nous a un peu gâché le début du séjour , même si la canalisation a été réparée !!

Location au top. Je conseille juste une petite amélioration dans la salle de bain: rideau de douche à installer. Et attention pour les propriétaires de chien, la location n'est pas clôturée sur certains cotés de la maison. Nous avons vraiment appréciés la maison, ses prestations,sa propreté, sa literie,le lave vaisselle et la machine à laver, son emplacement et le professionnalisme des professionnels de l'agence.
