The accommodation

This "Mimiz Home" accommodation will offer you quality indoor and outdoor living spaces, enhanced by the use of materials close to nature.

Located 600 metres from the first shopping streets and the Atlantic Ocean (via a Walking distance leading directly to Remember Beach), you will enjoy a relaxing and sunny holiday.

Travellers' access

Enter a sumptuous Landes setting, where the song of the cicadas mixes with the sun, almost always present in this region of the south of France.

With a surface area of 55m2, this ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It benefits from an enclosed garden equipped with a terrace and a parasol.

The Mimiz Home apartment is located in a single-storey residence, with the advantage of also having a mezzanine thus benefiting from a great deal of light on each floor, each being served by large openings: bay window, glass roof and skylight.

Access to the accommodation is via a parking/bicycle space and then a common passageway.
The entrance leads to the bathroom, then opening onto a fully equipped kitchen and a living room from where you can observe and smell the Landes pines thanks to a large bay window.

Want to cook the French way? You have everything a chef worthy of the name needs in this apartment: an induction hob (2 burners), a microwave, a pyrolized multifunction oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a tassimo coffee machine, not to mention of course all the utensils and crockery essential for your stay.
The kitchen gives way to a quiet and relaxing living room, with direct access to the terrace, the mezzanine, and a TV lounge.

The accommodation is currently and temporarily located in a rehabilitation/redevelopment area, work is therefore likely to occur during the day.

You can therefore potentially be the only residents in the evening.

The apartment is located within the Résidence Les Pins, so there is a close and vigilant area. It is not suitable for the organisation of parties, so they are forbidden.
