The location is fantastic and the view is gorgeous! But except the replaced washing machine there have been no single maintenance measures or investments taken place in the house. Der Schlafbereich und die Bäder par terre bieten keinen schönen Ausblick, sind aber bei Hitze angenehm kühl. Umso großzügiger ist der Wohnbereich im 1\. Stock. Dort kann es jedoch sehr warm werden. Der große Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ist das Highlight. Durch die Lage direkt am Nordstrand ist man in 5 Minuten im Meer. Super week gehad in les Mouettes, Mimizan. Het huis is erg mooi en modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras op de Atlantische oceaan is prachtig!!!
