Perfectly located in one of Mimizan Plage's most sought-after neighborhoods, this single-story house comfortably accommodates up to four people. Just a few minutes' walk from the ocean, the lively town center, shops, the market, and cycle paths, it offers an ideal setting to fully enjoy the Landes coast.  
  
From the moment you enter, you'll be captivated by the peaceful atmosphere and the high level of comfort. The bright living area opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen (American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster). Its central island provides a perfect spot for meals while admiring the pool and garden. The cozy, contemporary living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV.  
  
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.  
  
The first bedroom, with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together, opens directly onto the terrace and pool, and includes its own bathroom with toilet. The second bedroom features a king-size bed (\[hidden\] cm), a lovely view, and an en-suite shower room.  
A separate WC completes the layout.  
  
The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and hairdryers in each bathroom.  
Outside, everything has been designed for your relaxation.  
You will enjoy a private swimming pool, open from April 1st and heated until May 31st, ideal for cooling off or relaxing on the surrounding sun loungers. The pool will be closed from September 30th.  
  
You will also have a large terrace furnished with garden furniture, a dining table, an awning, and a griddle for convivial al fresco meals.  
  
A pétanque court completes this leisure area, all within a private, enclosed, and fully secure property. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday, nestled between beaches, nature, and modern comforts.
