Need to unwind and discover new landscapes? We have what you need!  
Come drop off your bags in this charming ground-floor apartment located at the foot of the bike paths and set off to explore the pine forest and reach our magnificent fine sandy beaches just a few minutes away.  
Ideally located, it will allow you to enjoy numerous activities and entertainment in the surrounding area: tennis courts, pétanque courts, arenas, paddleboarding, jet skiing, the Maillouheyre trail, restaurants, bars, and other favorite spots in our resort.  
Inside, it is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay at Mimizan Plage.  
Accommodating up to 4 people, it includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine), a living room (with TV and free Wi-Fi), a sleeping area with a double bed, a second sleeping area with two single bunk beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.  
Outside, a south-facing terrace with a barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers will allow you to enjoy our balmy summer evenings with family or friends.  
A sunny vacation awaits!
