It consists of two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 bed, as well as a bright living room with a living room including a sofa bed and a television. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and hotplates, offering everything you need to prepare your meals.  
The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet.  
From the balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the ocean and admire magnificent sunsets, a real asset for your moments of relaxation.  
Private parking is also included for your comfort.

#### Perfecte locatie

De locatie van dit appartement is perfect. Het uitzicht is top en daar hebben we dan ook volop van genoten. Het interieur en het onderhoud is zeer sterk gedateerd. Matrassen die minstens 40 jaar oud zijn, een koelkast waarvan de deur van het vriesvak mist en dus half gevuld is met ijsaanslag, gaten in deuren en niet onbelangrijk geen haakje om de douchekop aan op te hangen (gebeurt wel vaker in Frankrijk).
