Einmal um den Häuserkomplex und schon ist man am Strand. Und abends geht man ein paar Schritte und man ist direkt in der Einkaufsmeile. Nachts sehr ruhig, das Meeresrauschen hört man höchstens. Der Blick vom Balkon einmalig. Die Innenausstattung ist gut, alles vorhanden an Küchengeräten. Auch alles sehr sauber. Das Auto steht in der Tiefgarage sicher und geschützt. Die Einrichtung könnte mal erneuert werden - aber noch in Ordnung. Super gute Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer! Rangierkunst ist beim Einparken auf den sehr engen Garagenparkplatz gefragt. Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der Wohnung und haben für 2022 schon wieder gebucht!
