- sehr gute Lage der Wohnung: direkt am Strand, hervorragende Aussicht auf Meer und Strand, fast im Ort aber ruhig, Restaurants, Cafes, Bistros, Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbarDie Wohnung braucht etwas Pflege und Instandhaltung. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist in Ordnung.Die Betreuung durch Interhome ist in Ordnung, die Erreichbarkeit des nahegelegenen Büros ist ein großer Vorteil. Alles in Allem, ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt.
Sehr gute Lage, toller Strand, Wohnung renovierungswürdig, Bett muss erneuert werden, leider ging der Fahrstuhl dauerhaft nicht, Probleme in die 3. Etage zu gelangen. Der Fahrstuhl war total verrostet, keine Elektronik. Nicht für eingeschränkte Personen geeignet. Tiefgaragenplatz zu klein.

Tolle Lage und einmaliger Blick
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Einmal um den Häuserkomplex und schon ist man am Strand. Und abends geht man ein paar Schritte und man ist direkt in der Einkaufsmeile. Nachts sehr ruhig, das Meeresrauschen hört man höchstens. Der Blick vom Balkon einmalig. Die Innenausstattung ist gut, alles vorhanden an Küchengeräten. Auch alles sehr sauber. Das Auto steht in der Tiefgarage sicher und geschützt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Tolle Aussicht - gute Raumaufteilung - viel Platz
Es müsste einmal renoviert werden und die Möbel erneuert werden.....Sonst alles gut!

Beste Sicht auf den Atlantik
Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Einrichtung könnte mal erneuert werden - aber noch in Ordnung. Super gute Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer! Rangierkunst ist beim Einparken auf den sehr engen Garagenparkplatz gefragt. Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der Wohnung und haben für 2022 schon wieder gebucht! B.B.

L'ascenseur définitivement hors service ( sale et état déplorable). On est au 3 éme et on le paie cher physiquement. 2 radiateurs HS (salon et chambre à coucher : les 2 pièces à vivre).

Admirable océan et coucher de soleil.
Appartement spacieux avec magnifique vue sur l'océan et parfaitement équipé. Attention logement inaccessible aux personnes handicapées ou fragiles car l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas. Personne ne nous avait informé de cela.

Die Aussicht ist hervorragend ! Das Ferienfeeling ist daher, sofort perfekt.

Nous étions ravis de cette location au vu des photos malheureusement nous avons été très déçus, le soir des jeunes sont en face et mettent la musique jusqu'à 3-4 heures du matin, pas d’obscurité dans la chambre et peu d'aération, la terrasse très petite pour 4 personnes, et le ménage pas nickel.

Goed appartement, mooi uitzicht en een gezellige plaats. Min punt: als de wind niet goed staat heb je last van de papierfabriek, en de lift is niet in gebruik.
